In life, there are things one can control and others which are out of control. Both are inevitable in our life. Usually, we are anxious or stressed out because of things which are out of control. A strategy that I like a lot, is to focus just on the controllable zone and forget completely about the other part. The pure focus on the controllable zone will give self-confidence and gradually transforms the non-controllable zone to the controllable zone.
